These terms set out the agreement between you and Peak Performance Academy when you use our website, book services or purchase digital resources. By booking a consultation, workshop or buying a paid resource you agree to these terms. We provide evidence-led education and practical guidance on sports nutrition and associated services. Our materials and consultations are for educational purposes and do not replace clinical advice. If you have health concerns or a diagnosed condition, you should consult a medical professional before following nutrition or supplement recommendations.
Services, payments and cancellations
Service details, duration and pricing are provided at booking. Payments for paid services are processed through secure UK payment providers. For cancellations we ask clients to give at least 48 hours notice for individual consultations to receive a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours may incur a partial charge. Workshop cancellations and group bookings have bespoke terms outlined in the booking quote. If you purchase digital products, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our refund policy; we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and provide clear steps during the purchase process.
Limitation of liability
We provide information based on current evidence and professional judgement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Performance Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our content or services. Our total liability for direct losses caused by proven breach of these terms shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the six months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
All website content, guides, images and course materials are owned or licensed by Peak Performance Academy. You are granted a limited licence to use purchased materials for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
